About me

I hold an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling and am a full clinical member of the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy), as well as a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I work in a collaborative and supportive way, offering psychotherapy and counselling that is tailored to each individual, helping clients feel understood, heard, and supported on their journey towards positive change.

The 20 year corporate life has provided a foundation for my curiously for humans, although not as a counsellor or therapist, the interactions, experiences and unique characters I have worked with have solidified a bedrock of human experience.

As you may have already gathered, the natural world and environment are integral to my own personal journey.  Having a grounding in science since school which continued to degree level I have always had a passion for the wonders of the earth.  It felt only right to nod to this personal part of me when embarking on the therapeutic journey as the beauty and wonder of the natural world still to this day, fulfils an innate sense in me that resonate as being human.

I hope that the therapeutic services I offer provide the foundation and environment for growth for those who choose this grounding.  It isn’t for everyone with individual therapists suiting different clients and my experience has already taught me the importance of the right relationship, in the best environment for the individuals, and we’re all different.
